What is the Bid price?
Bid price is the price offered at the car auction. Delivery or transportation fee does not include in bid price.
In order to enhance the successful bid (to buy the car) customer needs to make the highest bid.
What happens when my bid is not the highest and by is not successful?
Customer will receive a full refund if his bid wasn't highest.
(But we will deduct the bank transmission fee), or if customer wish to try again at the next auction, there will be a prepayment.
Can I cancel?
It is possible to cancel before bid. You can't cancel after the bidding is done.
Do you take credit cards?
No, we don't accept credit cards. LLC also not possible. We work only with T/T (Bank to Bank transactions)
Which currency you work with?
We usually work with US$ or JPY
Why do I receive a car after I buy it at the auction?
We will do our best to ship the car as fast as possible, but it will also weather and the shipping schedule, etc., but it usually takes around 3-5 weeks.
What documents I need to receive a car?
In order to receive a car you will need the following documents:
Export Certificate
B/L (Bill of Landing)
Invoice
After ship departure, documents will be sent by DHL or EMS service.
Is it possible to buy a car as a private person?
Yes, you can. But, we are not familiar with the laws of your country, so to keep your side safe, you need to contact authorities who can give you the information on this topic.
If the client does not check this information, but our company already sent his car to him, all responsibilities will fall on the client.
Understanding the responsibility to import the car before purchase it, is very important.
The Consignee?
The consignee is the owner of the car. Consignee's full name, address, phone number. We will require consignee full information when we do booking for shipping.
If the information is incorrect, it will not be possible to make shipment and as a result car shipment will be delayed.
It will take an additional fee and numbers of days just to correct even a small mistake such as a spelling error.
Please do not make mistakes in your data when you send it to us.
The B/L?
Bill of Lading. The Official documents to prove ownership of the cargo.
This becomes obtaining acceptance for transportation. It MUST be submitted in the preparation of the vehicle.
What is the FOB/C&F/CIF of payment?
FOB：Free on board It is a price to put your vehicle on board of ship.
C&F：Cost and Freight. It is your fare to the nearest port. Insurance and other things are not included.
CIF：Cost insurance and freight. It is your fare to the nearest port with Insurance included.
NOTE：Pre Export Inspection fee on your country land will be an additional charge.
Will you make Insurance for the car?
No, we don’t. Before the client buys a car we offer detailed information on the car.
By the information which our staff gives to the client it possible to see the condition of the car.
Check all the data from our staff before buying a car, if the client has found something wrong after receiving his vehicle, he should contact us.
