Security deposit

Our company will require prepayment before we start bidding for your car. In case if we could not receive your deposit at our bank account, our staff will not be able to bid for your car. If for some reason customer changes his mind to not bid, his prepayment will be returned full amount. But we will deduct the bank transmission fee.

Bid

After confirming prepayment, we will start searching for the car at the auction. In case if the customer found another car by himself, he has to send us the auction number and the price for which he would like to buy. We will bid on customers behalf. If we could buy the car within the designated price, the bill will be sent to the customer. In order to make a successful buy in auction house client need to aim at the highest price for his lot as possible for him.

Result

When the auction is over. We will let you know the results. In case of successful buy, customer will receive a final assessment (FOB, C & F or CIF).
If customer wish to buy more cars, but his deposits are used up, he need to make prepayment again, otherwise we can't make bids on the client's behalf.
In case when a client wishes to get his prepayments all back, full sum will be transferred to his account. But we will deduct the bank transmission fee.

Payment

Payments need to be done within three business days. As soon as payment was transferred client needs to send us a copy of payment certificate by email which he is going to receive from a bank after he make the transaction. If we could not receive a copy of payment transaction by email in three business days prepayment will not be returned to the client.

Shipping

After we confirm the payment, the shipment preparation will begin. Once we make all the documents and set up the shipping reservation, customer will receive a copy of the Bill of Lading by e-Mail.

Document

After the ship has left the port, documents will be sent to client by DHL or EMS services.

With the documents which customer receives from us by post office, he will be able to receive his car at the nearest port.
